Easy PC Training Ltd is an independent IT training company established in 1999, and our purpose is to provide you with the best possible learning experience. Throughout the UK and internationally, we provide training to leading multi-nationals such as AstraZeneca, Etihad Airways, DHL and Thermo Fisher Scientific as well as local and regional government, and independent businesses.

We provide training for the Microsoft Office and M365 suites. We also offer Microsoft technical software training, Soft Skills classes, other technical software training and bespoke training. Training can be delivered at your premises or via training rooms located in or near the major cities throughout the UK, such as Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, London, Glasgow, Nottingham, Sheffield, Bath, and Swansea. If necessary, we can provide up to ten laptops loaded with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2019 that can be set up on your premises. Course content follows industry-standard outlines but may also be tailored to a company's or person's individual requirements.

With the onset of the Covid situation, we have been delivering training via Zoom and Teams. This has enabled us to provide the training for our existing and new customers throughout 2020 and to continue into the New Year. We have found from the positive feedback we receive, delegates have welcomed the opportunity to learn both at work - where permissible - and at home. Keeping your staff IT skills up to date is what we are here for, and the ability to do this via remote learning has had a huge impact on us as an IT training provider. We are able to reach out to companies throughout the UK and overseas and offer our consistently high standard of training. This enables us to ensure that a company's workforce up to date with the latest IT has to offer.

Training Courses
Microsoft Office
Office 2019 (the most-recent version) is sold as a one-time purchase, which means you pay a single, up-front cost to get Office apps for one computer. One-time purchases are available for both PCs and Macs. However, there are no upgrade options, which means if you plan to upgrade to the next major release, you'll have to buy it at full price.
Soft Skills
Soft skills are also important to the success of most employers. After all, nearly every job requires employees to engage with others in some way. Another reason hiring managers and employers look for applicants with soft skills is that soft skills are transferable skills that can be used regardless of the person's job. This makes job candidates with soft skills very adaptable employees.
Soft skills are particularly crucial in customer-based jobs. These employees are in direct contact with customers. It takes several soft skills to be able to listen to a customer and provide that customer with helpful and polite service.
