Introduction to Coaching for Performance – Course Outline

Target Audience

Individuals and managers who are looking to develop their coaching skills and apply them to their workplace.

What is Coaching for Performance

Performance coaching is a series of techniques aiming to bring about continuous improvement in an individual. It is a feedback mechanism between two parties, a coach and a student, whereby the process of learning and development is fostered through detailed feedback.

A coach can help move you from feeling threatened to feeling challenged. Coaching can provide clarity to help you make decisions about maintaining organisational performance, business continuity, and the safety, well-being, and financial security of your workforce. You may be figuring out strategies for maintaining organisational performance with many people working from home and normal workflows disrupted.
